Nando's Bluewater - The Plaza

We visited on a busy Saturday night but, despite there being quite a queue, we were made to feel welcome and seated very quickly. The staff both front of house and on tills were very smiley, friendly and helpful and the food service was efficient. The food itself was of a very good standard and the portion sizes were excellent.

Having been to a sub-par Nando's near Victoria Station last week, this experience at Bluewater Plaza restored our faith in the chain.

Went to nandos today we were unable to order at the tills due to them being broken so had to use the app which was time consuming.

The service was poor a long wait for glasses to arrive and noone asked how the food was or cleared the plates

Garlic bread was the colour of charcoal can't understand why it was even served, one of the chicken dishes was dry and the cokes were flat

Food come out quick and fresh. Didn’t have to wait long, there wasn’t a que which always makes it better.
You are able to pay by cash by going to the counter or order from the table with a qr code system.

Went for lunch last Friday. Was quieter than other time. It used to be busy and seen people queuing outside to get in. Staffs are welcoming and friendly. Chicken is deliciously good as always.

45 minute wait for food to arrive at the table, we were 1 of the first in the store but multiple people who turned up after had eaten and left while we were still waiting. There was a lack of sauce/flavour on my hot chicken wings I'll definitely be sticking to Crayford or Bexleyheath nandos in future as service is much better and staff more attentive.

As a regular customer, suprised to be served cold food with very hot chips! As always excellent service, quickly attended to by friendly staff👍
