Excellent service. Very welcoming too. The food was nice as usual and the portions huge. Had a lovely dinner there with my family. The decor also is fabulous

The food was good especially the shakshuka and the piratha.
Their coffee was not very good.
The decor is beautiful and the staff were very nice and helpful.
I especially liked that they had a praying area!
Recommend if you're looking for a place that has Arabic food.

Fair Maison is a lovely elegant place for breakfast. We had Hamsa, Shakshooka, and Middle eastern mix. The food was amazing and each dish had a surprise twist that elevated it.
We ordered a rose latte which was delicious. The peanut latte was average.

The reason for the 3 star was the staff. The majority of the staff were unprofessional and lack customer service training.

We had a reservation, and were asked to show it. While the people behind us, without a reservation, were seated before us. The interesting thing is, seeing the reservation did not change their service. The place was empty with many tables available. Even after seating us, we were asked about the reservation. When I showed it to them, they were surprised to see it.

Another issue was servers were touching our food and utinsiles as they tried setting the dishes on our table. As they were picking up the empty dishes, I was afraid something would fall on me. Also, the table was being sprayed clean as my coffee was on the table. I had to remove my coffee to make sure no chemicals go into it.

If they provide customer service training to their staff and implement simple etiquette could bring them up to 5 stars.

My first time in London and I came across this Beautiful place to go for lunch or afternoon tea. Staff was super friendly. Food was beautiful. Would definitely come again.

Absolutely love this place! I celebrated my anniversary with them last year and again this year x brilliant food and beautiful decor ♡ i didnt get to try their mango cheesecake but all the desserts looked delicious!

We went there for my friend’s birthday. It was quite busy but the staff were helpful and attentive. The food was impressive. The lamb was soft to the bones and mouthwatering. A few crispy onions is mixed with the rice. The chicken biryani was flavourful.

As expected, the interior and tablewares is very instaworthy. Make sure to check booking reservations as this place is generally packed with people. Will try the desserts next time.

HAIR IN MY FOOD. There was a hair and everyone was adamant that it’s not a hair. Gaslighting. My friends food was hot but half my English breakfast was cold. When we said we didn’t want to pay service charge they kept hesitating wanting us to pay, when we showed them the hair they kept saying no no it’s not a hair and walking off straight after before letting us finish talking, rather than apologising and taking something off the bill. I was going to pay without even mentioning the hair (just not the service charge) the least they could have done was just say yes. The waiters are nice I guess, but communication is very weak. Literally managers stand around you while you are eating and then they sit down and order food whenever they want, people not in uniform serving you as well. It’s a great place for pictures. The service is a mess, atmosphere is uncomfortable. It’s trying so hard to be something it’s not and really unprofessional, how are you going to hire people that don’t understand a word their guests say. Honestly very embarrassing on their end. Is recommend trying the other branch instead.

Had a wonderful experience here. Benjamin, our server was excellent. He was kind, funny and very helpful. He made us feel right at home. Food was very tasty and the decor was absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to our next visit!
