The food was really fresh and tasty. I had lobster and friend ha surf and turf ( burger with lobster’s claw meat on top which was mouthwatering. The butter sauce was very silky and tasty. The reason for 4 star is because despite the fact we had booking they kept us waiting very long with no apology or acknowledgment of us being waiting for ever to get seated and being served. I must admit their customer service doesn’t live up with their name and prices!

We had the burger and lobster and lobster roll combo and it was the BEST!! Have not had better. Atlantic lobster is brilliant; way more flavour than pacific lobster. Also, the garlic butter is outstanding - perfectly balance of creaminess and fluidity. Get your burger on the rarer side. Excellent wine list as well. The tempranillo was divine. Do not miss this.

Great place for some burgers, lobsters or some drinks. Right off Oxford Street with a big seating area. Some creative cocktails too.
Great menu selections, good service. Downstairs had a bit of an odd smell but overall great experience.

This particular burger and lobster isn’t up to par with the others. A few things were a little amiss: basement seating feels dank and grungy, seats weren’t cleaned. Service slightly off; not so busy Tuesday evening and server took awhile to come, ordered sparkling water and also was delayed for some reason. Strike 3: no grilled option for the lobster, only steamed, and was over cooked. Other B&L locations seem better.

I wanted to try these guys for a while, and yes, they were absolutely worth every penny. We were walk-ins (stumbled upon this branch by chance) and were greeted with a smile and taken to our table. The staff are extremely well mannered, polite, and helpful. The ambience and atmosphere is quite nice. The food... was AMAZING! We had the Calamari for starters (9/10), the lobster roll (10/10), plus a lobster burger (if possible, 11/10). The food hits all spots that you know off and more. It was a great place to dine and for sure, we will return.

We were looking forward to eating here after a long day of walking on Bond Street. We were attended to by Monica and she was very considerate to ask about our dietary restrictions and made sure to make replacements as well to the sauce of the calamari which was much appreciated! We ordered the Thai-styled mussels, crab cocktail, and the calamari which were all flavourful and tender. For mains, we ordered the roll combo which gave a lobster roll and a 5oz burger, then we also ordered an 8oz beast burger. It's been years since I've had a burger and I have to say it's probably the best burger I've ever had. The flavors were amazing and the combinations in the burgers made things interesting. Overall we had an incredible experience and wish we have a chance to come here again!

I will never this place for any other option in London no matter what anyone says. I have been enjoying this restaurant for last 7 years and not once I was disappointed on quality or taste of food. If you are a burger fan you should not miss it and even if you are not a seafood fan you should still try lobster roll.. this will be the best way to eat lobster ever.. I personally love both and this time I tried crab cocktail which was also out of this world.. love this concept and offering.

For the effort needed to eat and the price to be paid you would expect larger portions of meat inside the lobsters. Unfortunately it was not the case and the eatable meat was less than expected. Probably has to do with the kinds of lobster used. We were two and had to go ask for a third serving to have a nearly sufficient meal. The sides were OK though but that was not enough. The place has a nice ambiance and the staff was friendly and responsive. However, considering the value for money and the portions offered I would probably look for other options next time.
