Burger King

Probably the best burger out of the major fast food chains, actually resembles some of the images displayed in store. The chips are crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle

It's okay I guess... Staff are kool... One bredda niced me with some free sauce... It was sweet chili so yh that's calm init. Place looks tidy and dat. Looks all clean and dat. Say narda

We had the WORST experience. We ordered food from Deliveroo at 5:30pm, we still hadn’t received our order by 20:10pm, we called them and they said the driver was picking up our order but how can it be justified that we had to wait from 5:30 till 20:10pm? The service is just disgusting and so slow don’t bother ordering from here.

The worst experience I have had in a restaurant .went in around 9pm on the 22nd of June. There was about 10 youths sitting down without any food or drink shouting and cursing loudly, while waiting at the counter I was verbally abused by 2 of them because of my team shirt , the staff done absolutely nothing . Only good thing about the visit was the chilie cheese bites I ordered. But I will never use the location again.

If I could give -5 stars I would.
The manager is the most rudest person she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills! She should not be a manager!! She also bribes you to her own benefit her store.

Twice now they messed up my Ubereats order. The first time they messed up my burgers she told me to order chips and she’ll send it out and guess why? The order didn’t come through.
The second time now yet again the wrong burgers… and she told me next time you order I’ll send them out.. yet when I challenged her about the first order not only did she deny she ALSO hung the phone up on me. She can’t take criticism or the truth and she’s absolutely rude! Not to mention I’ve spent over £30 every order!

The bacon was all the fat on the rind. I told them it was not bacon all they did was shrug their shoulders.

People in the kitchen touching their faces,hats and hair while wearing gloves to touch your food.

Now the food was actually not bad for a takeaway. But the state of the Resteraunt and the service was awful. The girl that served us was nice and our order was correct but it took 21 minutes to get it. The kitchen has no communication with each other staff look like they are asleep or on drugs.

Burger King has better food than other burger places in its league but it just has awful venues and staff all over the UK wich ultimately means it will never compete with the likes of macdonalds.
