Horrible place. Don’t book your function here. We booked this place for a birthday party and it was such a disappointing.
- Women and men were using the same toilets but the problem was one toilet door had broken lock and the one had no locks. It was really uncomfortable for everyone specially for all the women. They had to ask someone to stand on the door when using the toilet.
- We booked the restaurant until 12 but they switched off the main power by 11:30 without letting us know. So couldn’t play music and when we asked the staff said manager/owner has left so he can’t do anything.
- It was buffet but food was served cold. And the portion was very small. There was not enough food for everyone which was really embarrassing. Food didn’t taste good either. There was barely any glass on the table to drink. They given us plastic cups.
- we specifically asked if they have AC and they did. But they turned it off. It was really really hot inside.
If I could I would give them zero rating.

Ordered food first time after being advised by one of close family. Loved the service, food was hot , delicious and was delivered on time. In addition, excellent hygiene precautions taken, carefully packed and securely delivered. Percent communication and customer service. I am a hard person to impress but genuinely was satisfied by their service in every aspect. Gonna place another order for Friday. Give it a try.

Lovely food, service and people! Simply outstanding in all aspects!! I'm not easily impressed, but Shaam Restaurant deserves praise as the food, service and ambience was fantastic. Well done to the staff and management. Highly recommended!

Shaam catered for my wedding and did jaw-dropping performance where everyone’s expectations were exceeded. Food and service were astounding, presentation and professionalism was amazing!

Disorganised. This is for Wembley and Edgware Very bad management. I would not recommend this place's zero star the managers are Rude and liar. I booked the big hall a one week in advance and I called both managers to confirm it three times even on the same day to confirm very disappointed.

The food is not bad but the owner is very rude and an professional. Very poor customer service. It was my 1st and last time we use this place and don't recommend to anyone.

I had my graduation party yesterday and the service the food and the hall itself was amazing.. me and my friends and family members were soo impressed and will definitely be booking again ❤️

Yama the owner of Shaam catered my engagement party. He was always late the meetings and full of arrogance. He never answered his phone, when we called him in private then he would answer. He ruined my engagement party, during the event he was gone missing, the fruit was not fresh, the food was not enough. The waiters were not enough for the event. My family had to serve the guests. Very disappointed.
