This restaurant from this specific location is giving a bad name to this brand and its food.
Been trying to order to Uber from this restaurant for the past few months each order ends up being refunded the food that you get delivered is completely bonkers old patties old ingredients the order is usually ready in just one minute and Boom the driver is already on the way to you.
If you manage to eat it you will get a serious case of food poisoning and cramps.
Stop sending people toxic old food.
Someone needs to take care of this location and whoever is in that location they need to be fired I need a completely new team .
You cannot eat food delivered from this place it's not edible tried to give it to my dog he won't eat it either.
Even the ionion rings where chewey and you could feel the old taste , dry and disgusting

The staff are great and no issue with food. This place is just so outdated. Been in Croydon all my life and this place still looks the same. All run down. Its like time travel going in there haha.

I had the double whopper meal. I think that the whopper burgers are great value and taste absolutely delicious.
The staff in the church street branch are very friendly, helpful and efficient. The place is very clean.

First thing is poor hygiene, tables were not.
Secondly, the food I ordered was not fresh, the communication of the lady at till was good.
I wouldn't recommend again

Great service, hot food, but my god does the restaurant look run down and unloved.
It's in SERIOUS need for refurbishment.

The customer service is great.
Also the plant whooper is the best.i had a few times and it looks like the photos on advertisment board's. Yet in other burger kings like Charlton branch the burger is small.

Burgers were average. The restaurant is outdated and dirty. The walls and floors need a good scrub, you can see the dirt is ingrained. Not a comfy dining experience.

To the owners who I know are reading this. Your staff are ok, burgers are fine but step up your game. Your venue meeds an overhaul. You're running it into the ground aling with your staff.
