Just let me put this in perspective for my fellow Google reviewers. I work in the building next to the Yum Yums in Bromley. Every morning I would get a chicken and bacon mix roll and a coffee. To say I was a loyal customer would be an understatement. For lunch on 5 separate occasions I asked for a chicken and brie roll with mayonnaise because without mayonnaise it would be far to dry. On the 5th occasion they forgot it, I called them to say they have forgotten the mayonnaise again. They were then aggressive and extremely rude to me down the phone, which is a real shame because I would usually get breakfast and lunch there every working day. They have lost my trust and I will never be returning.

Very very little consideration for basic food hygiene. This is pretty sad as some of the practices are very hazardous to health. One of the waitresses/servers was cleaning with Mr Muscle window cleaner when I walked into the store. I proceeded to order toast. She put her cleaning apartus down and began to make my toast straight away! No gloves used to clean, no gloves used to make my food and no hand washing in between. To make matters worse my toast was prepared on a piece of white parchment paper which was kindly placed on top of the freshly cleaned Mr Muscle surface. I left the shop with Mr Muscle on toast and I am still in shock that this is allowed. Who wants window cleaner in their breakfast?

Best cafe in Bromley. When we moved here we tried them all, north and south. None compare. Great value for money, food is always perfect and staff are lovely and speedy. We try and go whenever we can- it's a shame they're not open on weekends but they deserve the break!

Amazing service, I used to frequent here but was unable to for about 6 months and when I was able to again I was recognized and welcomed back. I always feel welcome here and will always recommend the food and service.

Old rolls,like a bit of rubber. If you run a sandwich shop what one single thing would you make sure is fresh I wonder?
