Nando's Eltham

We visited this branch after seeing a film at the Vue cinema next door. It is a good size branch, staff are friendly and we greeted immediately at the door. It wasn't too busy for a Saturday evening and we were seated straight away.

The food arrived in good time but we had a little mix up with our order. We ordered a lemon and herb wing platter but found the wings far too spicy. After speaking to a member of staff we found out we were mistakenly given a wing roulette platter. They were very apologetic and a new wing platter was provided. We were lucky our children hadn't eaten any of the wings!

The toilets are clean and located upstairs, however it is easy to miss the women's toilets at the top of the stairs as the door matches the print on the walls.

Exceptional service from Shahar today in the Eltham branch. Customer service was impeccable and manners outstanding. I was disappointed that there was supply issues with the spicy rice, but I will look forward to returning. Well done Shahar your a credit to Eltham store. Its not often you come across good service now days!

We’ve given up ordering from here now. We love Nando’s but this branch has managed to forget to include our sauces on EIGHT different occasions of home deliveries through Deliveroo. No quality control going on and they don’t care when you complain. Has ruined our enjoyment of meals so many times. How ridiculous they can’t get this simple thing right.

Terrible experience here. I am regretful for the time and money wasted of both me and my girlfriend and after coming here. We were mistreated by the rude staff that also messed up an allergy order for us and then continued to take the situation lightly as if the allergy was not important. Also whilst ordering, inappropriate comments were made about the allergies which made my girlfriend very uncomfortable. Overall I am very disappointed with the entire experience and wish we had visited any other restaurant instead.

We were encouraged to use the app, so we did. But long wait and nothing came until we pointed out that we ordered via app. So I would say don't use the app to order.

Food was good! Customer service was wonderful and we didnt wait too long for our food. We ordered using the app and accidentally ordered too many bottomless drinks (we order 3, there was only 2 of us sitting)! They noticed before we did, the manager came over and refunded the cost of the extra drink without us needing to ask!

Lovely layout and decor in the whole place. Since signal is a bit rubbish in there, there is a Nandos wifi to use if you are registered with them. This worked fine and we ordered our food to our table. Staff was helpful to replace our daughter's burger when the spice level was not to her liking, they were so quick about it. Lovely service

Went for lunch, quick and easier service, was very busy. Parking in the m&m across the road.

Food was great too!
