Quite astonishing. Firstly, both pizzas I ordered ‘looked’ really nice, we’d love to have eaten them, last time they tasted good. Problem is, the food took 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive. The guy was completely rude dropping them off. Then once I opened the box...hair on both pizzas. I called immediately and was told to send photos, which I did. The response was unbelievable. Firstly, told nobody who works there has ‘long hair’, then I was told he was ‘100% sure’ it couldn’t have happened in the store. I guess the lady on the phone must also have short hair too. What is so frustrating is that I wasn’t demanding my money back (the pizzas were obviously lukewarm, as you’d imagine) but I was upset at the general hygiene of both pizzas having hair on. The insinuation is obviously that I have ‘planted them’ (my god). I want to buy from local, independent places, not the chains like Dominos, to support local businesses but the hygiene, and the ignorance to the issue, is frankly disgusting. If somebody actually bothers to apologise and take responsibility for this, I will remove my post. Worryingly, I have just read other posts. Seems it’s not the first time.

Used for the first time tonight for a collection order as delivery was a hour on the app. Tho pizza wasn't ready when I arrived but it only took 5 mins to finish off cooking. Had the pollo pizza with ham and chicken wings starter. Pizza was tasty but I would have preferred my wings to be cooked on the outside a bit more. Staff friendly and pleasant. Chef was wearing a hair net to answer some previous reviews.

i’m from bologna, in italy, but i’m staying in a college in london and i wanted some good pizza, so i ordered here (thinking that it wouldn’t have been be as good as the italian pizza) but i have to say that this is so good:)

So definetly very good quality pizza for Brian standards. Is it best ? Nooo , but it tastes good. Especially the pizza dough. Bacon is terrible tho I advise to not order anything with bacon as it looks like on the photo ( whatever that is). Plus judging by comments in here the management is very unprofessional .

Food never arrived waited over an hour and a half and it never left the restaurant without any message. Would’ve took my money if I never cancelled. Dominoes or Pizza Hut a much better option

I used to really like this place but it’s gone down hill dramatically. I spent £25 on Saturday and waited 50mins for the order to arrive when I only live a five minute drive from the restaurant, so was quite shocked when my food arrived stone cold. I called up and told the staff and all they said was sorry we will give you a discount next time. So basically they didn’t care. Obviously I have no intention of wasting another sum of money on cold unpleasant food so this didn’t resolve anything and was a bit of an insult. I had to then put it all in the oven for half an hour just so it was actually edible leaving me wishing I’d just cooked in the first place and wasting half of the evening. I’d just like to add that the sauces they sent me and charged me for were two months out of date.

Great pizza - I got the diavola pizza with goats cheese!! It’s was great, nice chicken nuggets too
