Bad customer service when complained about the quality of the food. Usually very good chicken shish kebab, except on a Saturday when they seem to run out of chicken! As regular weekly customers we expected better. Rude staff member when rang up, put the phone down on us twice. Keep away from here.

Ordered food through their online service, left notes at the bottom, both notes were ignored, notes were ‘please can the curry sauce be separate from the mini fish special, and can the free item be a bottle of pop’. The rissole I ordered was burnt as were the onion rings. The fish in the mini fish and chips special was dry as a bone and very tough. I have had food from here before and it’s been lovely, but last few times it has got worse and tonight has been very poor. Won’t be using again.

When it's good it's good but to often you find yourself disappointed.... main problem is being served old food... food cooked long before they open, then been sold to you. Food dry, burnt and tasteless. How can something so dry come in bag soaked in grease. Been ordering from here now a long time now.. but this is it. I'm leaving. Goodbye

Always impressed with food, go her probably once a week. Staff are friendly and delivery isn’t bad. Overall - nice staff, good food and very hygienic 👏😆

Never had an issue here food is great & service is better no problem with swapping out things I'm allergic to and changing pizza bases. Staff always friendly and polite 100% the only takeaway in the area I will use.

Food is great but service is even better! We have recently moved to the area and tried a few takeaway outlets and found this one to be fab! My husband asked i send a review because of how ace the staff were with our 2 year old! They gave him a free drink while he waited for his food to be prepared - they didnt need to do that but instead of his attention span being out of control - just great service! Thanks guys!

Thought you finished at 12:30? Not 11:30. So angry. We tried ordering by phone, website and just eat at 11:30 but couldn’t through even though your website says you’re open till 12:30. We promised everyone pizza and after a whole day at a wedding, we’ve now got a load of friends that are very grumpy and incredibly hungry. Thanks for that 👍🏻

Placed an order, didn’t get what I ordered and was told a replacement was on its way. Called half an hour later after everyone had eaten to find out the man on the phone didn’t send me a replacement because he didn’t know what I ordered even though I told him 4 times. Maybe get some staff who know what they’re doing. No offer of money back or anything. Phenomenal customer service.
