I don't usually give 5 stars but these guys deserve it! Beef pattys were freshly made and cooked clean. Wings were tasty.

Dining area was friendly and warm and great deco. Staff were on point and waitress serving was very friendly and efficient with the order.

Parking is available easily by asda which is 1.5 hours free. Only a 3 min walk from there.

Best burgers you can get for a good price.

Stop prioritising you deliveroo/ takeaways over your customers in the restaurant. We waited half an hour while we watched you send out at least 10 orders. The customers that were sitting in didn’t even order before we left. You want your restaurant to be full and build a reputation but your ignoring everyone on front of you. Then after 30mins I was told that my burger took longer too cook than others? Why didn’t they tell me this when I ordered? Honestly who is managing this place because Danny the front of house teams member with the whiff was Theo only one running around. Sort it out.

Excellent food and service.

I have been here countless times with Family and Friends. In total I have come here around 20-30 Odd times. For me it is a 30 min drive and an hour for my friends. In my opinion, In this area it is definitely a standout option .

I’ve tried different burgers and never on one occasion did I find the service or the food unsatisfactory.

Another reason as to why I recommend them is that they did a 50% off on their menu as it was the anniversary the restaurant. In most cases, on these occasions in other restaurants, the food often comes cold and not fresh as to how they are prepared normally as they are busy the whole day. However, the exceptional staff at Fat moe’s managed the high quality food through this day.

I would recommend route 66 Beef burger or Chicken deluxe. The Tenders are also really good. I’m not really a sweet person and more of a savoury person but I have had a few Reese’s special milkshakes and they have always hit the spot. Definitely recommend!(Coming from a savoury person)

Burger was good and had it few times. do not get chicken wings or ask if they have had enough time to cook it. undercooked , smelly chicken went in the bin. There’s number on the website or on Google does not work to complain either.

Would give zero if I could. Ordered delivery. Called after 65 minutes and they told us it was out for delivery and would be 5 minutes (we are only 1.2 miles away). After 95 minutes they were still telling us it should be 5-10 minutes. Eventually we managed to persuade them to cancel the order as they couldn't even contact their supposed delivery driver.

Ordered the chicken burger and it was raw. Told them the chicken wasn’t cooked long enough and they blamed the marinate even though my dad has owned a kebab shop for 20+ years and marinate does not make chicken pink

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Served raw food and given attitude by the girl operating the till and refused a refund?!. The menu looked really promising and after waiting 20 minutes for the food to be ready to collect (more than enough time to be thoroughly cooked), my first bite appeared to be very tasty. However after realising the burger was excessively juicy, I put the light on in my car and to my knowledge the burger was red raw. I felt completely and utterly sick and went back to the shop to complain, at which point one of the girls behind the counter was really helpful by going and advising those in the kitchen. At teenager then came out to say that the food was meant to be cooked for 5 minutes but they cooked it longer and for 8 minutes so he doesn’t know why it happened. After this disgraceful food and attitude from the girl operating the till, she started picking up all the pennies, yes PENNIES out of the till and counting them to give to me when I had paid by card. I made this clear and she said yes we can’t give you a refund by card, only with coins? Avoid this place at all costs. Lawsuit waiting to happen. Was not even given an apology, refund, or in any way shape of form did they give anything even minimally adequate for this disgusting food. Do not go here. Should be closed down by Health & Safety.

Ordered on Uber Eats. After 1 hour and 45 mins the food still hadn’t arrived. I called the store and was told it would be 5/6 mins. After another 20 minutes I asked Uber Eats to contact them. They couldn’t get through so cancelled the order and gave me a refund. Uber was great. Unfortunately Fat Moe’s was shocking. I will NOT be ordering from there again!!!
