Nando's Crawley

Needed to eat and fast. Tasty food, good standard of Nando's fare, but on top of that the staff were efficient, attentive (not too much though!) and all the boxes were ticked. For sure the proximity of the cinema and therefore the usual type of guest drives that efficiency - but for us it was just overdue time to eat.

One of the better Nando's, the service is always great here and food arrives quickly and well cooked. The cutlery and sauce area is always well stocked with plenty of options available. The location is great as well due to the close proximity to the cinema and bowling alley and the free parking is a bonus.

Decent Nando's, have been many times. Always busy, like all Nando's. Can get a little crowded as they tend to cram a lot of people in. Food is good, Like all Nando's. Service is fast and friendly. Refillable drinks are a big plus. Right next to the Cineworld, so convenient too.

Everybody knows what to expect from Nandos, food wise by now... this branch is consistent with expectations.

The service is great here. The employees seem to smile a lot even when nobody is looking and I really impressed with their online ordering process. Overall I enjoyed my experience thoroughly

No it's not a Michelin starred restaurant but it was excellent. From arrival to leaving, excellent. I haven't been to any Nandos before but I will be going again. We were greeted by a friendly host who I believe was the manager. Seated quickly, although we did move , only to a bigger table. It's not table service so you are given menus and you order at the counter. The menu was extensive but easy to navigate so we were quick. I had two separate vouchers and a discount card to use, and then I had to add cash, but the waitress was not thrown or annoyed by that. She just calmly took our order . You then collect your own cutlery , napkins and sauces and then fill your own drinks and sit down . Don't take too long otherwise your food will arrive at the table before you do . It's that quick. One of our party went to the loo and her food was on the table before she sat down . As I said don't expect gourmet dining. However what I had was excellent. It was hot , plentiful and tasty . You can choose how spicy you have your food and there is a huge array of extra spicy sauces you can add .
The staff are attentive after service and I can't fault it . Busy but not too noisy, music not too loud either. All in all a very good experience. I shall be going again . We'll done Nandos.

The setting, ambience and staff were great! Menu was tastefully laid out ~ excuse the pun LOL.

I'd give it 5 stars except that the chicken was a bit dry, but then I understand restaurants must cook to a certain heat.

Was seated reasonably quickly however from that point on pretty much left alone. Placed our cups for water down without a word to let us know where to go to fill them, ordered food online which was given after a 10/15 minute wait. Would've been happy with this however no cutlery or napkins were delivered, and upon asking one of the servers (blonde with star tattoos on neck), were given a fed up look before she came back around and wordlessly put them at the end of the table. My boyfriend and I had gone on a rare date while we finally had time, and were made to feel like nuisances for asking for a knife and fork. Looking around, everyone else seemed to be served well and be content with both the food and staff, so maybe our waitress had a bad day or we were the issue? Aside from this, the food was good however I think we'll order delivery next time as I'd feel to uncomfortable to come back into the restaurant again.
