What a view 😍 food was amazing too! Had a lovely lunch for our wedding anniversary, will definitely return for a sunset meal!

Popped in without a booking. We wanted a location to watch the sun go down on the summer solstice.
Enjoyed the fixed price 3-course menu. Including the catch of the day - Trout. Excellent value. Very friendly and efficient staff. Spectacular location.

Beautiful location, stunning views and great service from the “new” waitress, she was great. Sadly the food just didn’t justify the price, I ordered the Seafood Mixed Grill, it was £29.95 and for the price I was expecting more. A few chips with 2 prawns, 1 scallop and 2-3 small pieces of fish just didn’t cut it. Final point was cod being the catch of the day, it’s time to stop serving cod before it’s all gone 👍🏽
Amazing location, great service, average food.

Lovely little restaurant overlooking the bay. We visited on a Friday evening - only outside seating was available when I booked, which was fine and even though it started raining, fortunately we were seated at a table for two along the front, which has a canopy over it, so we were dry and got a great view.

Delightful service, and delicious food. A good range of drinks including for non-alcohol drinkers.

I have just celebrated my 30th birthday at Finbar’s with a private event for 60 people. The events coordinator Jessica was fantastic and advised me on the best food, arrivals drinks and party set up, and she was spot on!! The buffet food menu was to die for, people have not stopped telling me how delicious every single dish was (I’d love to remember myself!!) We ordered plenty of arrival drinks which turned out to last most of the evening and the fantastically upbeat and generous
staff were behind the bar all night to take everyone’s orders. Even though we partied until late, they did not stop smiling.

My 30th will be unforgettable and part of the reason is purely down to Finbar’s and the amazing staff. A personal thank you to the chefs and front of house for giving me and my guests the best night!! I want to do it all over again!!!

Delightful little seafront restaurant with great food and service. Dined after work with colleagues on early week fixed price menu. Faultless experience all round. Real food presented beautifully which all tasted as good as it looked. Very attentive, friendly service. Fantastic 1st visit, look forward to returning.

We went to Finbars when it first opened and felt it fell short of its promise, especially the service. Now, a couple of years later it’s a different story. Service was attentive but not intrusive. The menu was appealing and the food and drink were served promptly, the quality was good and the portions generous and the bill was less than expected considering what we ordered. The sunset thanks to the restaurant’s position, was spectacular.
