Gorgeous restaurant and brilliant food.

Was quickly when entering and shown to our table. Furniture was in good condition and well kept. Greeted by our server promptly and drinks served in a timely manner.

Ordered the salmon which was delicious and cooked well. Decent portion sizes. Order profiteroles tower which was a very large portion with plenty of cream and sauce.

Overall brilliant service, especially our waiter Charlie.

Magnificent. Worth going to Bristol for alone.
Harbour House had a beautiful, scandi-sailor interior as well as a water-front terrace dining area (see photos for both). No request was too much for the staff, who were attentive and friendly.
For starters, we thoroughly enjoyed the kegeree - the dipping sauce was out of this world and mussels. For mains, we had fish & chips, and seafood linguine - another hit. For afters, we enjoyed churros (6 mini ones - enough to share) and an old fashioned (a bit bitter but didn't scrimp on the whisky).
Toilet facilities are pleasant. Takes card.

We went here for our 10 year anniversary on arrival we were seated and offered a complimentary glass of champagne the food was exceptional we both had the scallops and chorizo starter my wife had seafood linguine while I had the steak Eton mess for desert which was lovely and my wife had sticky toffee pudding could not recommend highly enough we will be back very soon.

I loved the service! A wonderful waiter severed us and the food was fabulous! The reason why I rated it 4 was my sauce in my burger was very watery and the food took a while ( I think a chef gone home and we had a lot of people). On the other hand, I love EVERYTHING and I will go here for every event. I recommend it.

Blown away by the quality of the food here. Visited as a direct result of the recent Jay Rayner review in the Guardian, and was absolutely not disappointed.

We had three courses, the scallops were the best I've eaten in England, the arancini also amazing, and the mackerel. The salt and pepper almonds were beaut, the bread quality and fresh, the olives tasty and not old. Had the fish and chips, the batter (also relevant for the awesome onion rings too) fit for the place of Best Batter in Bristol, and the seafood linguine for mains. Linguini was the right level of creamy, was not disappointed in the actual seafood content either. Pasta cooked to perfection. The apple sorbet was unlike anything I have ever had in my mouth before, and I wanted it to stay there for ever. The blackberry sorbet was good, too, and the profiteroles in a goldfish bowl were delicious and perfectly made.

That such high quality food was produced for us, a meagre table of 3,while a booking of about a hundred people were inside for a Wedding Reception, is testament to the skills and talent of those working in the kitchen. The staff were polite but good humoured, and the atmosphere welcoming and relaxed. The setting, gazing across the water at Redcliffe Caves and the colourful houses, reminds me of everything that is beautiful about living in Bristol.

Will definitely return, again and again. Bristol has an excellent offering of places to eat, but this is definitely in my top five 😍

Another excellent meal, exactly what I'd hoped for. The room was designed by IK Brunel and I almost felt as old, what with the young & zingy staff. They were very attentive, without any hint of the dreaded upselling.
I started with an English bubby and some sourdough bread. Good for starters. I moved on to the seafood linguini and a glass of Italian pinot gris. Perfect.
The music was cheerfully retro 70s, well suited to the popup roller disco just across the water.
Highly recommended!

The venue is beautiful with the lighting plants and decor. The cocktails were great and the staff were so kind to our daughter. We had a lovely dinner and experience

Great food, nice venue with view of the river/harbour and terrace. All very good except the tiny ice cream portions.
