Great Costa, staff are friendly and the seating area is very nice either for just a quick coffee or a quick meeting with business colleagues

Disappointed that there was no "normal" Tesco coffee shop but a Costa instead as I am not that fond of coffee... however there was a reasonable selection of food and a special lunch menu/price, which almost made up for my disappointment. Service was somewhat slow with just 2 members of staff when I arrived and queued to buy, buy that may be explained away by my arrival time of around 1pm on a weekday. Toastie was hot and tasted good, coffee was a pleasant surprise and despite being the small size was perfectly adequate

Not very clean, latte glasses looked grubby, several tables were not cleared away when people left, not that busy, so no excuse.

came in simply to order a hot chocolate, was served by a lovely girl (i belive her name was christina) she was very friendly and prepared my drink in a speedy manner. even stopped to ask about milk options and wished me a happy new year. lovely service.

Had a couple of cold drinks, 2 of the same. One came quickly and was delicious. The other took forever, was meant to have all the trimmings but had none of the sprinkles or good stuff on top and honestly just tasted like cold milk. Disappointing.

Incredibly slow service waiting 15 minutes for our drinks, and they hasn't even been made!!
