Piero Lounge

As always, great food! We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We loved to go here because its really pram/baby friendly and generally a really nice environment. The new added extras of female products in the female toilets is a really nice idea too 👍🏻

What a great experience, first time and coming back with our dog Corkie now we know you are dog friendly.

I always wanted to go into Piero Lounge and try their food out. From looking outside into the place it looks warm and comfortable.
I headed inside and went to the kiosk. The guy was helpful and friendly and asked me if I wanted to order now. I said to him that I wanted to checkout their menu, 'he kindly said sure no problem' and asked me where I'll be sitting, so I told him where. I went for the Big Veggie breakfast, it was nice and wholesome. 🙂👍

Waited nearly an hour for the food to arrive freezing cold.
Food was served in rusty old cups which were sharp (not exactly kid friendly).
Really expected more from a franchise like this. Not happy at all 😡

Decent lounge experience. Staff are friendly and service is quick enough. £10.55 for Fish finger sandwich and fries feels a bit pricey, but it does taste good. All the lounges are consistent in terms of food and environment it would be nice if they could reflect the locality a bit more.

There's a good atmosphere in this well decorated estate with plenty of interesting art and colours in the furniture. We had the chicken burgers which come in various guises including those with Bacon, Hash Brown's and Avocado. The house slaw is very tasty and there's a good range of deserts, although check availability before dining, as more than half were unavailable on our visit.

Having walked out in disgust, before our order arrived, from an Italian Restaurant we were more than delighted to be warmly greeted by friendly staff at 'Piero Lounge'. Such a magnificent contrast, my bp was almost back to normal. The service was swift and efficient, all the staff were friendly. The artistically styled ambiance is delicately low lit creating an atmosphere of relaxed calm. The food we ordered was plentiful and tasty. The loos were spotlessly clean. I heard from an insider, don't tell anyone, that staff love working in this delightful environment. We don't often visit Nuneaton but next time we are there we will be back. We'll done to the manager, Becci, who maintains the relaxed tranquility that is 'Piero Lounge'. Don't miss this gem.

Lovely place to visit and the food was incredible. The ability to order over the QR code meant we didn't need to leave our seat! Only reason I'm not giving 5 is the menu online didn't match the one in venue, the tapas selection online was bigger (had things like tacos, etc) but otherwise I can't fault it. Updating a website is literally all it would take to give it 5*
