Superb setting, excellent service, deliciously different savouries and cakes and really comfortable chairs. My friends and I were there for three hours!

Amazing place! Great staff and service. My Mum and I had a lovely time. Enjoyed the unlimited tea, well presented and tasty sandwiches, scones and sweet snacks. I would definitely come here again. Been to a few afternoon teas but this place was relaxing, soothing music, great decor and friendly staff. Beware however on using bookatable website to reserve this as I did not receive my confirmation so ended up blocking 3 slots. I managed to book and receive confirmation from their website book option this seemed to have worked.

Very nice place to take an afternoon tea or have a private event. All the staff is nice, competent and smiling at all times. I really enjoyed the presentation, the food, the tea was delicious and for a relatively reasonable price. I would strongly recommend !

The service was shocking as there was a table next to me that booked a vegan and vegetarian tea which the hotel was not prepared. The vegetarian was then offered salmon and egg sandwiches which made no sense. Their tea on arrived 20 minutes later. Really need to do better

Afternoon tea was perfection. They even brought out a Birthday Patter for me as a surprise. The staff could not do enough and were so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended 👌

Maybe we were unlucky??? Had very high Hopes going for afternoon tea at the Laura Ashley tea room at Burnham Beaches Hotel. Was unimpressed to be honest. Greated by a miserable looking man who never cracked a smile and seemed totally uninterested. Showed us to a small table, which was fine in itself, but this is a very intimate dinning area and tables are very close together. Decor pleasant but you really wouldn't know it had anything to do with Laura Ashley. Cobwebs in the corners of the room, tarnished silver on display. The food seemed stale, sandwiches were underseasoned and scones hard and unable to split in half, had to saw atvyhem with a knife, no choice of jam it was strawberry or nothing. Petit four cakes were cold from the fridge which made them soggy and unappetizing, also difficult to taste what the flavour was supposed to be. We could see there was a wedding going on while we were there which was probably wonderful for them but left us thinking that the rest of the guests in the restaurants and hotel were not important. When we were paying for the tea (as no one approached us whilst at the table) we were asked if it was ok? I did say I had been disappointed, it was met with a shrug and nothing else! Will not be returning or recommending Laura Ashley tea room to anyone unfortunately.

Beautiful room over looking the garden. We chose the Champagne cream tea. Lovely selection of sandwiches, warm scones and assorted mini cakes plus a wide range of leaf teas. All delicious. The Hotel is running on low staff but that said the girl who served us managed a high level of service to all the guests on her own. I would diffenetly return. The hotel is in a rural setting and the entrance sat nav took us wasn't obvious it was the hotel. Wasn't sure this was the main way into the carpark. Well worth a visit.
