My food was lush - I ordered the caramelised onion + mozzarella garlic bread, pinoli pizza and salted caramel brownie for dessert. Legit cannot complain, am only putting 3* as my partner ordered the calamari starter and buffalo tagliatelle for mains and it was rubbery, over cooked, lacking any meat.. or any mains really, was watery and hardly any of it 😅 his dessert was good though!

On my road trip, I stopped by this restaurant for dinner. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I tried their new pizza veggie and veggie and it was really good. The decoration seemed a different from other branches, but I was well-designed.

A really lovely meal. My friend and I popped in as we were in the area and fancied something to eat on a bit of a budget, but for the amount we paid we were really impressed. The classic pizzas were phenomenal. I had the pinoli and added some nduja sausage onto it. The only thing I'd probably change is I wouldn't bother paying extra for the sausage next time as not very much was added on at all so I didn't really notice it was there.
Flavours and portion sizes were fantastic and neither I nor my friend could fault it.
We were also served by a lovely person who was very talkative and chatty, had a good conversation with us, and we really enjoyed their bubbly personality. I'm afraid I didn't catch their name but I know they used to be a nurse and were working last night (6/7/22) if that helps narrow it down for those staff reading this review so the praise can be passed on to them!
Thanks for a lovely visit :)

Have used zizzi in Salisbury for around 5 years now. It was always good in the past, but the last couple of visits was not great.
I have had glasses with lip marks on, we have been plagued by fly's during our meal, and last time we was there my family's food was served quite a long time before mine. I had to get the manager to sort it out and he did offer us 20% off.
I really loved this place in the past and I want to love it again, but they need to try harder.

Popped in for some thing to eat after work.
Pizzas were brilliant, puddings were okay but nothing amazing.

The place seemed to be under staffed and our poor waitress was running around like a headless chicken on her own, her service was still brilliant.

Lovely restaurant, comfortable dining area, great food and a good menu. Big selection of drinks. Very clean and tidy. No immediate parking but plenty of parking in the city centre.

Been here a few times and it's always decent food. Over Christmas period it seems to have slipped slightly though, starter and main were really nice, my melt in middle pudding wasn't heated though and it was just a cold cake with ice cream. Did complain but nothing done about it. 2 of our 3 servers were really lovely and friendly, the 3rd was very stiff and seemingly unfriendly, could be because of a busy festive period though! Overall nice food, nice atmosphere and pretty reasonably priced food.
