Simla Spice Woking

Food is very basic and definitely reheated from another night. What makes this even worse however, is the delivery times are always shockingly out. 45 minutes when ordering, 1hr 30 mid week ?? The staff when you call and chase could not be more arrogant or rude.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This restaurant never lets us down. Absolutely delicious and in our opinion the best in the area. They have always delivered to us before the estimated time. Great portions and plenty of meat in the dishes. Thank you.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Charcoal was all over the naan bread I ordered to the point where I was swallowing bits of charcoal. Tried tearing bits off but couldn’t and left inedible. And I’m pregnant and shouldn’t be eating that. Called then and they wouldn’t help whatsoever. I order from here every week and won’t be ordering from here again. I own a restaurant myself and would never not help a customer if there was a genuine problem.

Not even worth 1 star...75 minutes late...everything tasted old and stale and chopped up stale bajis?? It was awful...£30 and it went in the bin...so cross i accepted the delivery after waiting so long...never again!

Fantastic Indian takeaway, always great food and service. I’ve used this place for close to 30 years really can’t recommend enough

40 mins late and still not arrived - £36 order, tried to call, phone line dead??

Tried Simla tonight and was delighted. We had CTM chicken tikka tandoori chicken, cauliflower bhaje saag bhaje chana masala mush rice garlic naan chapati and tarka dhal

All of it was great and will put a lot of the local big names to shame for value

I ordered a sag paneer and when it arrived there was no paneer in it. I called the curry house to ask why there was no paneer in it and they said it was because they use cheddar cheese and it had melted in. Completely shocked. When was cheddar cheese an Indian ingredient? So they say a dish contains something so different from what is on the menu. They wouldn't issue a refund and said I should have called them to ask for paneer specifically??? Is this legal????
