Prezzo Italian Restaurant Hatfield

Great experience here. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The menu seemed to be as per normal and no items were unavailable due to Covid. Covid measures in place: spacing out of customers in store, could order on your phone or by asking your server, 1 way system around the restaurant. 1 in and out of the toilet.
To the food, it was very good. Kids starters arrived before the adults which is good and at the right temperature for them. Plenty of flavour in our meal and presented beautifully. They accept clubcard vouchers! All in all, a very positive experience seeing as the last Prezzo we went to (Stevenage) was beyond woeful in every aspect.

We.are regular customers here but having visited today, we were extremely disappointed. The prices have gone up significantly from our last visit only a few weeks ago. £4 on a bottle of wine and £2-3 on the cost of a single course. The new Autumn menu is a bit of a let down, no garlic sharing bread and my favourite prawn and lobster ravioli no longer available. The quality of food and service was good though.

After we spent 45 minutes to try and find a place to eat, prezzo welcomed us and the food was amazing.

Neb the Manager very attentive as also lovely waitress. Food choice good. We had the antipasti board followed by king prawns with spaghetti and salmon and crab ravioli. The house wine excellent.
Very accessible location.

Great food swiftly served up, excellent service in a clean well appointed restaurant within the Galleria complex.

Visited here for lunch whilst doing some Xmas shopping. Disappointed with the food on this occasion compared to our previous visits to other Prezzo’s.

It is clearly batch cooked, frozen and microwaved to order (not overly surprised having worked in the industry). However the spag Bol very watery and hardly any meat bolognaise. Mostly a bowl of pasta. I can cook better at home. Bearing in mind I’m paying £15 for this….Sent back.

Lasagne, not too bad. Again obvious had been fast heated from frozen. I’ve had a nicer one at another prezzo - was more fresh.

Staff were friendly and changed our spag bol for a carbonara with apology and without fuss Service was quick.

Shame to leave a low rating as we normally are very happy with this brand.

Lovely food and service from the staff at this branch at the Galleria in Hatfield. All the food and drinks were delicious. Staff were attentive to our needs and facilities were great. I was surprised just how big the large Pepperoni was. Totally worth it! Recommended!

1st time at Prezzos,Birthday treat for my grandson, we Loved the food and ambiance!
