What an amazing place. The location was great and we were able to secure a seat by the window. The area was bright and airy and the service was exceptional. Lots of great breakfast choices. I had the French breakfast which was exquisite.

Smart, modern and new interior. Friendly staff with a great menu. Food was a little slow to come out however this was 1pm on a Saturday so most likely peak busyness.

Had a table for 4 this afternoon. Friendly, polite staff. Service reasonably prompt but it wasn't too busy (5pm). One of our main courses was barely warm and all the frites seemed like they had been hanging around a while (you'd get better at fast food outfits!). Overall the meal was enjoyable but some basic things are being missed in my opinion, and this was a poorer standard than I had expected of this chain.

Re: your Henley on Thames
Myself and my husband visited your establishment in Henley this morning at circa 9.15am. We were the first customers to arrive.
The first thing I noticed was that a number of the tables were dirty.
We got shown to a table by the window which was dirty and also my chair was covered in food.
We ordered 1 x orange juice which was out of a carton.
I asked for sweetener, there wasn’t any.
I asked for honey, they didn’t have any.
I asked for marmalade, they didn’t have any.
My husband had Sausages with his breakfast. The sausages were off!
My toast was as cold as the butter it was served with.
The cost was over £30.
The waitress who served us, couldn’t have cared less.
Nobody even offered an apology. In fact they looked at us blankly as to why we should expect a decent breakfast.

We thought you should know because you won’t survive in Henley with this kind of service.

Very nice dinner with friends. We sat down just before 7pm on Saturday, the restaurant was busy but not packed. We had olives and forgaise the starters of Crab and I had prawns, but very nice. Mains were Belly pork, Butternut risotto, chicken and I had the monkfish. All were very good indeed. Only one small issue we ordered 3 crab to start, but I had prawns. But very good will go back

Went for breakfast over the weekend and the food was great. Really nice décor inside and nice atmosphere, wasn't too busy either. Friendly staff and good service. We will be going back for dinner!

Very nice location in heart of Henley and very beautiful setting inside. Service was slower than average and there were a few issues with our food (items missing) however manager, Suzi, was excellent and sorted out the issues. Very pleasant stay - chocolate fondant is an absolute must for any chocolate lovers. 10/10

We tried out Cote for my daughters birthday breakfast treat. She chose some French toast which came beautifully presented and was apparently very tasty. I had the closest thing to a Full English which was OK.
