Prezzo Italian Restaurant Bury St Edmunds

Had a great experience at Prezzo with a lovely waiter. The food was amazing and I will surely visit again when im back in bury

Went there on a Thursday evening prior to a wedding the following day we met our friends in there and had dinner, the service was excellent, food was excellent, the atmosphere was excellent, we had a great evening we arrived in daylight and were the last to leave, the staff kept us well supported with our drink orders and additional food orders. A really great evening. I wish our local Prezzo could learn from the team at Bury St Edmunds. Very highly recommended 👌

Not quite sure what happened as these chain places are usually quite consistant. On arrival we were told we couldn't use cash, which wasn't the warmest or most personal welcome somehow. My mixed salad was extremely wilted and soggy. My main course was barely warm and swimming in mushroom water and also quite small. I'm quite tollerant when eating out, but on this occasion it was a real let down. Could have paid less for better food elsewhere.

We had a lovely meal to celebrate my partners birthday. The food was exceptional and we enjoyed everything.

Absolutely delightful food. Extra care is taken to separate gluten free orders from regular orders. The pizza I had was gluten free and vegan, even the pepperoni slices were vegan! I was sceptical of the pepperoni, but it was enjoyable. Starter of olives were noted gluten free, too. It was lovely to see allergen friendly kids options! Only downside was the pathetic size of my coffee (pictured) although it was very nice.

Had a lovely lunch with family at prezzo, very friendly waiters, we were given complementary drinks to enjoy with our lunch😁👍 which was very filling. will definitely be going there again.

Decent food, but slower than usual service. Waited until after our starters came to receive our drinks. From being sat until we got drinks was 10 minutes minimum.

Just walked in to get a table for two to be greeted as if were going to be sat down. The man to met us at the door said are we opening 30s and a rather miserable looking lady walked past and said nah because of staff. He then continued to tell me (baring in mind I heard the whole conversation) that it was due to too many bookings. My daughter was very much looking forward to eating here before Christmas and typically I would accept staffing to be a problem but on this occasion, it just appeared they simply couldn’t be bothered. I won’t be returning if I can help it. Clowns.
