The burger was delicious but chips were not great. Great salad and sauce bar. Service was fast and good too.

Love the food, table service can sometimes be a little slow. Their breakfast menu is immense however I spent the majority of my time waiting in the queue for the single toaster for the customers. They do some great burgers and chips also. Parking can sometimes be an issue.

Took a family of 5. Plenty of food, free salad bar, etc. Very pleasant and helpful waitress called Kirsty. Food itself was average at best. Wouldn't say I enjoyed it. Kids did however. Served quickly. Was it value for money? Probably not. For the money charged the food should be less industrial and have more love in its creation. So it's a just ok but not great.

Very quiet on Wednesday afternoon but food and service were lovely. Wouldn't take my NHS discount as there was already an offer on mains today.

Food was below average. Was not busy when first thing in morning however eggs were overcooked and by the time they were replaced, we had finished our food. Baked beans must be sugar free as they were tasteless. With the continental bar, all the products are of the cheapest quality so again, tasteless. Decor is okay but seats and tables tend to be sticky here. Also this restaurant is not selling the pancakes anymore which is a shame as it was the tastiest breakafast item so I don't think I will be going back. I have to say though the waitress was really nice.

We have ate at this harvester before and the food was lovely. But today's experience was different. My young son ordered the steak from the kids menu, and he wanted it well cooked. But it came out with blood still in it. So we sent it back for a new one, but that was to hard for him to chew. Me and my husband had ribs but there was hardly any meat on them and they got cold very quickly. Its quite expensive for ribs at £15.00 or so and you don't get a lot for what your paying for. It seems a shame because we used to eat at other harvester restaurants with our family's in the past and the food was always good. It seems to be more about the money then the quality of the food. The roles that were out were rock hard and you could not even cut them to put butter on them. There wasn't a lot of salad to choose from and most of the cucumber was turning white because it had been out to long. Sorry but we won't be returning.

Tony our server was very pleasant and very helpful, as he is when we have been in previously. Food was good, I had Chilli, husband had grilled chicken from lunch menu. We both had ice cream sundaes after. Very good value and tasty. We only paid £8.99 each. Highly recommended.

Presentation of food was nice, although could've done with being a tad warmer. Tasted ok, but felt overpriced against competitors. That said, the gravy was delicious!

A slightly disappointing experience overall though. The 'world famous' salad really didn't live up to the hype. I appreciate that wastage is an issue, but the selection on offer was poor at best. It was incredibly sad seeing the few remaining olives sitting beside some dry cucumber.

We didn't stay long, as the atmosphere was a bit quiet, however the majority of staff were friendly and welcoming.

Worth visiting...perhaps we caught them on a bad day.
