La Bella Selby

Asked for additional delivery charge after already paying for it online. On arrival the order was missing the garlic and cheese bread, a freeby on orders over £25.
The pizzas weren't the best, very greasy, tough chicken and bland tasting, on reflection we were glad the freeby had been forgotten, one less thing to throw away.
This was our first and last order from La Bella
On the plus side it did arrive quickly.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered 4 cheese got a incredibly greasy margarita, kebab and chips was tasteless and the mozzarella sticks came without dip. £25 for rubbish
I specifically asked them to ring the bell as I’m jars of hearing and he knocked on the door!!!

Was made to pay for chips extra at the door refused to give me my food even though when every burger previously had come with chips then continued to yell and argue with me on the phone told me to F off and found multiple hairs in my food as well plus always food missing and don’t get compensated

Would give them 0 if possible. Food was stone cold. I phoned up to complain and got called a liar. Very abusive. Safe to say there's plenty of others to choose from. AVOID

Ordered a calzone and asked for beef but recieved spicy beef which was too spicy for me. When I rang them up they lad was very unhelpful and they wouldn't rectify there error

Wow! Our Will, who has been working there for over 3 years, apparently cannot wait to deliver my order which was placed over 1 hour ago! Should have been delivered between delivered between 22.00 and 22.26. Attitude stinks and after over 5 years of orders at this place, won’t be ordering again! Would have been more understandable if the staff actually had been bothered that the order was still in the shop, Quite blasé about it, instead of being proud of the fact it’s not the road! Yeah, you’re busy but your sarky attitude isn’t appreciated. Especially when, after 1 hour, you expect an order to be delivered between 10 and 10.26 and it is now 10.53🙄
