Sakura Cantonese Cuisine

We had a wonderful family meal on a Wednesday evening which is 50% off all main meals. As it was 9 of us, it was a lovely discount on such a wide selection of meals.
We have been as a family once before and the staff have seemed really nice as well as remembering exactly what my grandson ordered first time around!! Including giving him a doggy bag to take home.
If you haven't been then you should, it's a very friendly and warm atmosphere, where you dont feel rushed.

Tried Tapas Tuesday , absolutely amazing , smaller size dishes so gives you the chance to try different things , we ordered 4 starters n 4 main meals + rice, chips n noodles & it was all gorgeous . our 2 visit & we will definitely be returning

Awful! I went with a group of friends for Chinese New Year. I had vegan option of beancurd in sweet & sour sauce - it was very poor. The sauce was thin & very vinegary. No veg with it i.e onions, peppers, pineapple etc. Other members of the group were equally disappointed. I mentioned this to the waiter but no apology & did not enquire with my friends why they weren't happy. Poor food & poor service. No interest in our experience. Won't be returning 😔

No friendly welcome when we arrived, took ages for the drinks order to be taken, no suggestions on what was the best deal for a bottle of wine. Food, in my case was chicken skewers, over cooked so tough to eat, char siu pork, insipid looking no colour on meat and in questioning when I went to pay, as why the meat was so bland I was told the coating char siu is illegal in this country. Shan't go there again

Lovely place, managed to fit a large party in at short notice.
Food was lovely and hot, the lemon chicken was very nice, not as sweet as lots of other places, it tasted like food, not just chicken in lemon squash 🤣

Portions were very good, chips could maybe done with being a little warmer, but certainly edible.

Those that ordered from the 'tapas' menu were very happy with the quality and amount of food.

Went for meal last night Wednesday 50% off.
I had duck Cantonese my wife had the special with ginger and spring onion.Both meals were superb. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Will definitely be back!!
