I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting food, would not recommend at all! The rice tasted fishy, the chips were soggy and tasted like they had been microwaved and the chicken balls were really chewy. The person taking the order over the phone was very rude, especially when we rang back to tell them about the problem with the food. Didn’t offer any refund or discount and didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again, absolute disgrace.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star but I have no option. Food took an hour for two tray meals. Arrived the chips were soggy, the chicken balls were disgusting and the rice literally tasted fishy!! Rang up and was nice enough about saying the food was unedable in return to be told that the chips were in fact crispy as the lady apparently cooked them herself (whilst taking phone call orders and managing just eat orders) ..shame you couldn’t attach photos!! I was then told that I should basically subside the fact my food was absolutely foul because the driver came out of his way to drive 3 miles up the road which he apparently doesn’t do.. also states they cover my area on justeat. I don’t know what was worse the customer service or the food!! Definitely will not order from here again!!

Always beautiful food. For those giving this family run business bad feedback for taking 2 hours - there is a collection option which is quicker! Or order in advance

bad experience will not order again when been a regular customer.. part of order missing ... the rest of the food gone cold waiting for the rest of the order to be delivered.... lost my custom eventually 34.50 refund for a ruined meal.. your having a laugh

Delivered 2hr 10m after being ordered.. soggy, cold and not nice at all, first time ordering.. also the last time ordering.. definitely won’t be getting food from here again, complete disappointment and total waste of £30

Over 2.5 hours, still no order. No one is answering phone at restaurant.

Best Singapore chowmein about but the chicken balls really are the worst about tiny and normally quite hard.
