Lovely atmosphere. Good quality home cooked food. Friendly staff, nothing is to much bother.

Best place for an English breakfast and good old fashioned home cooking. Fresh baked home made cakes. Every week they have new bakes/flavours. Friendly service and always a clean table to sit. The lite bite family are just that, when you visit.

I love this place! It's the reason I don't mind dropping my kids to Netball or Swimming in Caldicot on Saturday mornings. I drop them off, then I grab a paper and head over to Lite Bites for "my usual", which at first I couldn't even remember myself, but they always remind me, its the Monty. It always hits the table faster than expected, piping hot, and cooked exactly how a good english breakfast should be. They also have home made classics like bread pudding, which i have to sample whenever I see it, to determine if its as good as my Nan's or my Mrs'. It nearly is, which is a big compliment. The people who work here are super friendly, polite and attentive, which adds to the enjoyment of eating here.

Food looked good, coffee was awful - curdled.
Didn't feel clean - cigarettes ends all over the floor outside and the highchairs needed scrubbing.
Huge selection of vegan food which was good to see.
