Pan & Grill

Would rate 0, ordered for collection and paid, went over to collect when it was supposed was ready, waited an extra 30 mins, was told I needed to pay? after showing them the order email they only just started to make the order. Absolutely awful and wouldn't even give a refund, don't bother wasting your time with this place...

Love this place, by far the best kebab I’ve ever had. The meat is so succulent and juicy, just wish they gave me more salad with my large chicken shish!

Absolute offensive people who work here. Think they are smart when they talk to you in their native language and call you names but in reality a little knowledge goes along way.. I won't be eating from here again..

Owners attitude is absolutely disgusting!!! Served me out of date ice cream which he then took offence to me complaining about and told my friends and I to get out because we were apparently in the way despite no one else wanting to use the seats,ordered from here many,many times so was really taken aback by the staff being so s**ty and making out like we were causing a scene,even involved other customers purely to try and embarrass us and threatened to call the police (which i clearly laughed at) on the basis that I dared to call them out on their behaviour,having mentioned this to other friends I've now found out this isn't an isolated incident and the owner in particular is known for being extremely rude,you'd think loyal customers would be treated in a far better manner given this is quite a close knit community where opinions spread like wildfire,very disappointed.

burger was terrible but the huge mix grill they do omg!!!!!!
