Blackwood Kebabs

1 star is too much, I wouldn't have given them any stars if it was possible. We waited over an hour before we got a call to say the driver had broken down on route and they would make fresh kebabs, compensate us for the inconvenience and send another driver out but it would mean another 30 minutes wait. We were completely understanding of the situation. When the driver finally turned up which was well over another hour later we were given a bottle of Pepsi as the compensation which we sent back as none of us even like Pepsi. After the driver had left we found half a cheesecake that we didn't ask for, I'm guessing this was another attempt at "compensation" but again we didn't ask for it and to be honest I wouldn't have fed it to my dog. We also found that our order was wrong, when my partner called up to speak to them about this the guy called her a liar saying he had listened to the call and claimed she had ordered what turned up but I heard the call and she ordered the same kebab she's eaten since we met and that's not a kebab with chilli & mint sauce as she doesn't even like mint sauce. The guy was unbelievably rude and clearly didn't know the meaning of the words customer service. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement and we'll never order food from here again!!!

Only reason I gave the one star is because I couldn’t leave a 0🤮 where do I start ordered a large kebab and it came back a small at best, hardly any sauce and a chunk of bone/ cartilage in the chicken donner. Will not be ordering from there again🤢

Thought I’d give a second chance but omg.. 110% will NOT be ordering again waste of my money!!! Ordered a chicken shish wrap and chips.
When it arrived the wrap was not edible anymore as it was SOAKED!! I don’t know how because even sauces have abit of thickness to them but this wrap was literally running water when I picked it up.. DISGUSTING! The chicken was bland and didnt taste right at all... The salad in the wrap of off and the chips were the most horrendous chips I’ve ever ate! RANK!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere!!! Shouldn’t even be allowed to serve food terrible terrible terrible! I actually feel ill 😷 would never even give a 1 star but I have no choice. This place does not deserve a star!

Had the red meat once . Was very nice the first time .. Ordered an extra large the second time was hardly nothing in there and was dry. The owner just wants to give pure poor service

If i could give a minus 10 star that would be to high. Please if your thinking of ordering then dont. Burnt fried chicken and garlic mushrooms and chips turned up 50 mins later. 90% went in the bin. Please dont buy from here youl be sorry. Plenty of others in Blackwood

Very often have chips, cheese and mint sauce it’s bloody lovely. And I can now say the meat has changed for the better. Tonight I had chicken and chips with mint sauce and the chicken was gorgeous. Also had donner meat yesterday and that was lovely too. This is starting to look up! Give this restaurant another chance guys you won’t regret it! ❤️❤️

Food was 30mins late being delivered and freezing cold. Curry sauce was really runny and leaked everywhere. Won't be ordering from here again. Would not recommend!

This was the worst meal I've had in my life. Came with no salad and pitta bread on top of the box. Dreadful and avoid this place. Even my dog turned her nose up at It. I would give minus stars but no option on here. I was waiting for food poisoning to kick in!!!
