Fino Lounge

Eaten here a few times in the last few months. Good staff, nice atmosphere and always quite busy. Nice food too!

Staff very friendly, solid if not mind-blowing beer menu, cocktails looked excellent and a good selection of meals and snacks.

Burgers ordered by our friends were very enjoyable, our order was underwhelming.
Ordered the hummus, with an extra side order of Ciabatta as we were two and liked the idea of some extra ciabatta to go with the hummus.

Hummus was nice, but the bread that came with it and the extra ciabatta was white bagguette, far from a ciabatta. Maybe they’d run out, nothing was mentioned when it was delivered. It was also 2.15 for two tiny slices! Very overpriced and underwhelming.

Will eat here again as we’ve generally eaten well in the past, and like the atmosphere, but will stay away from the tapas.

Returned as promised and had great food, all perfect, Tapas this time were spot on 👏

As a family of 7 and with a well behaved dog, we arrived hoping to find a table for brunch to celebrate a 7th birthday. All staff were so helpful and patient. All breakfast food ordered was really delicious and preferences and a nut allergy were catered for. They even brought out a brownie with a candle singing 'happy birthday' for my niece.
Thank you everyone at Fino for making a simple brunch visit really homely and special.
We were so stuffed after our Big Breakfast that we didn't need to eat all day!

Love to visit the lounges so Stopped off for a coffee and some breakfast.i just wanted to praise the staff for taking customer service above and beyond . Catered for all our needs and especially our dog who spoilt and made very welcome.

I've had lovely food in the past but today's experience has put me off going for life. Ordered the smashed avocado with scrambled egg and was served what I can only describe as vomit on a plate. The eggs were seriously undercooked and the one mouthful I had ended up in my napkin. I informed the waitress that I couldn't eat it so she took the vomit plate away only to return to inform me that the eggs were cooked as they always are. Wow thanks for making me feel like a Karen. Then a guy comes over, I presume it was the manager as there was no introduction and proceeds to tell me again that the eggs were cooked as they always are. I kindly informed him that I've never been served eggs like that before. Thankfully I received a refund for my meal but I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.

Always a friendly welcome. Staff are very friendly and polite, helpful.
Very well set up on food allergens and go to great detail and lengths to ensure there is no cross contamination.

Food is always great, cooked fresh and hot when served.

Table service via in house app or just order at the bar.

Iv never felt any pressure to hurry up eating or please leave we want your table so it's always a relaxed atmosphere

Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble & well spaced out seating.
Had a very enjoyable veggie breakfast, no mushrooms for me, but an extra fried egg instead.
Great place to visit, have a go yourself & I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Fino lounge is always popular, it has a great range of food for breakfast,lunch and dinner ... so is always a safe bet if you want somewhere with cuisine to cater for all tastes. The QR code based ordering and paying always makes things easier when in a large group too.

They also have a well stocked bar for the evenings so is a nice chilled place for drinks too.

Can't knock the staff, cleanliness and generally chilled ambience.
