Came here for a meal before driving back down south after a day in the hills. We got in pretty quickly but this place gets queued out and for good reason. The burgers we had were incredible, I had the dragon and would I highly recommend. Great food , great vibes great prices.

We went for a adult family dinner for 4 on a bank holiday weekend.

Responsive and friendly service in a no frills setting with seating inside and outside with heaters.

Menu has a good selection of dishes for starters and mains.

Be prepared to queue to get in. The queue can look very long but it moves quickly with a table being seated every 3-5 minutes.

Nice portion sizes, a bit pricey but food is good. Loved the sweet potatoes fries and chips, very well done!
We came when the queue was quite big, we got there to see some empty tables inside. Why do you keep people outside if you have empty tables?

Slightly disappointed this time. My sandwich was stale - good that it was taken away without any fuss and the replacement was fine, but my husband had all but eaten his dinner by the time i began mine. Also, dogs there (we were outside) were really baking A LOT. This did become annoying, though it wasn't the venues fault. We love the fact we can take dogs but this was annoying!
Staff good. Bet good. Burger very good too.

If your looking for good priced food, brilliant service and yummy food this is a must go to. Menu choice is excellent, catering for everything. You normally have to que to be seated some times it can be a half hour wait but the staff try and get you in quickly as possible. Dog friendly in all areas, You order your food and drinks through a QR code menu its simple and easy.

Nice food, a little over priced. My Granddaughter wanted a jacket potato which wasn't on the child's menu and I only wanted a small portion which wasn't on the main menu so we swapped. My child's curry was very nice and I didn't manage to eat it all £5.95 not too bad. Almost £8 for a tuna jacket but £20 for a double burger and chips tut tut really.

Great pub in the heart of the town. Food menu is extensive and quality is good. Lovely covered outdoor seating area with heaters. It does get very busy so there is often a queue for a table.

Having to queue in the rain despite several free tables was off putting, food was expensive for what was honestly mediocre. I feel the establishment is just taking advantage of a good location, if was on a general high street I very much doubt it would survive
