Just went here and thoroughly enjoyed the food, the staff were friendly and the food was very well priced for what we were served.

The burgers were delicious, we got the juicy lucy, tbh could have been the slightest bit juicier. Overall experience was good, service was good, and it as nice to find a gourmet burger place.

Absolutely appalled. I just received two burgers after ordering from deliveroo and after we started to eat we noticed they were not properly cooked...one of the burgers is actually completely raw and cold to the touch in the middle! I phoned and explained the situation only to be told that the chef had cooked them properly, a refund could not be given and we were told to deal with deliveroo instead.
No offer to replace the burgers or an apology. The girl on the phone went to speak to the chef about what to do and I could easily hear him saying there's nothing to be done and that he'd cooked them properly which I personally think is disgusting service and a terrible attitude. Admit where you are wrong and pride yourselves on customer service.
I even asked (after being that they would not refund the burgers) what if we proceed to have food poisoning to which I was told the burgers were properly cooked...what kind of a response is that?!?
Absolutely disgusted. Do NOT recommend buying ANYTHING from here due to the awful customer service and terribly cooked food. Such a shame.

Great place for Halal burger lovers ! Staff were friendly, food tasted really good and prices were reasonable too !

Perhaps only the inside sitting area could be improved to give it a more of a restaurant modern feel rather than a take away - but other than that a great place for all

food quality is great, the burger was delicious and the side order of fries with jalapeno and salsa was also great. That being the said for the price the portions are pretty small and I feel as though there could have been more for the £16.39 spent. Milkshake was gorgeous - All in all wonderful food but a bit pricey for how much you get. Great menu though.

After an 'okay' experience about 2 years ago I thought I'd give it a try again through deliveroo. Everything arrived warm but the food was worse than I ever expected. The burger party was dry, overcooked and lacked absolutely any flavour. Its like it hadn't even been seasoned properly. And the picture you see is pulled lamb in my burger which i actually had to remove becayse it was so bad. It was NOT moist and didn't have any flavour at all, just dry bits of meat that actually made me feel a bit sick. I cannot believe I paid for this food and won't be going back again. Oh the only thing decent was the chips, although they're called fries , they're more chunky chips as seen in pic.

The best burger place in Cardiff! I have been there countless times (as attested by all my pictures there) and it is a place I would definitely return to should I visit Cardiff again. The burger options are very diverse and I am proud to say I have tasted almost everything on the menu and they have all been delicious! They also often have specials of the day or of the week, which I have also dipped into, although these ones have not always been on par. I wish however they gave us more sauce as the fries to sauce ratio is never enough! They also have milkshakes, although I have never been a fan of them as they are too rich for me and I already have the guilt of eating a huge burger and fries...
