Mulberry Lounge is for residents of the Warner Hotels & can be be very busy at lunchtime 12-2pm as it is the only location selling food & drinks during the day time.

Went for a massage which was brilliant. I like that the questionnaire at the beginning asks if you like to chat or silence. Nothing worse than someone talking to you about everything you're trying to forget about all the way through. The lady who did mine had a really balanced approach to this and was comfortably chatty at the right times. She made sure the pressure was ok for me and the massage was lovely. The changing rooms were clean but not keen on shower curtains it seems somehow unhygenic. Would deffo go again though
