Small menu but really lovely dishes. We had the rib eye and salt and pepper squid. Both were very very well cooked and delicious. The rib eye was well worth the price as it was big.
The natas was a large slice of custard tart with creamy ice cream. Really happy I got some.

Great staff and brilliant food. Do not miss this restaurant!

We were looking for somewhere to have a coffee that was dog friendly and stumbled across this little place. The staff were very friendly and immediately came across with some dog biscuits and a bowl of water for our dog. The coffee was very nice and we shared a piece of carrot cake. All in all, a great place to stop. Especially if you have a dog!

Signs saying dogs welcome so we went in with our very well behaved dog. There were people already seated. My wife stood at the counter waiting to be served and the rest of us sat down. Our dog was wagging his tail and it touched a woman who was seated opposite and she immediately complained. Meanwhile, though there was no one else waiting to be served, my wife was still being ignored by the woman behind the counter. 2 minutes she stood there to be ignored. We left and went elsewhere. During our stay in the village we mentioned what had happened to another local person who came over to make a fuss of our dog and we were told, in their words not ours, 'they don't like the English in there'. I can't personally say that this is the reason we were made feel unwelcome but whatever thr reason was, the place doesnt deserve to survive with their attitude.

Great place, very friendly staff, good food, we visit every time we are here on holiday. Always made to feel very welcome and even let you bring your dog inside.

Impressed by awards on entrance door and food ok but so disappointed that it was only warm and plates cold

Should perhaps have returned the food but didn’t fancy having to wait further

Weren’t asked if all ok which one would expect as standard especially as not busy mid morning

Great little place with cracking food, excellent cocktails and fantastic service. Really love this place and could not recommend more. This is how a local business should be run.
