Stayed here for the weekend, amazing place, absolutely stunning food. Staff are fantastic. Young lad Josh bless him first day starting pulled a double shift, the smile he had when he served breakfast, was still there for the evening meal.

Location is good, the room a bit small especially bathroom which cannot seat comfort on tub and needs carefully use the sink as less than 10" pizza size. Moreover the in-house furniture is aging especially the floor which have echoes with your floot moving.

Knowing that I’ve ordered my meal minutes before the kitchen closes, I cannot fault any part of my food. Ok - perhaps green beans should be a little bit more al dente but this is down solely to the personal preference. Beautiful piece of meat…topped with what I think was some form of pâté and big crouton…served with tasty gravy or a jus and fries on the side. Super friendly staff, always smiled and reassuring weather all ok. I recommend this place to include its accommodation!

Unbelievably good food at incredible prices, great friendly service and in a well presented restaurant with a great ambience. I've paid a lot more for a lot worse, so The Dolphin is my go to place! Love it!

visited The Dolphin on Thursday 29th Dec. 5 of us in our party. Each of us enjoyed our meal . 3x Sea bass. 1x Lamb and 1x Duck. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Didn't have to wait long for our service. Friendly staff. Well done and keep it up.
