Nando's Talbot Green

For a chain I would have thought it would be clean. Dirty tables sticky not been cleaned properly also using very dirty clothes when they actually did wipe them down. Food very small potions for the price they charge. We spent £28 for lunch for a wrap and pitta with a handful of over cooked frozen chips. One member of staff who was very rude obviously doing her job explaining how it works with no finesse. We asked if we could sit in a certain place but was whisked off to sit in a dirty booth in front of everyone getting there drinks and sauces. Very poor show for Nandos

Had a very pleasant meal with my family. Food came out in a good time, everything was hot and very tasty. Quite busy but not over crowded, so you couldn't have a conversation

The staff were so happy it was nice to see 🤩 their smiles made us smile! Fair play. Food was lush as always

It was a dissapointing experience. My burger came as something totally different, the changed it to the order, gave me a bare burger with the wrong sauce... Then third time lucky, the burger arrived with everything I should have, only issue was that it was like well cooked rubber, also the bun was made from armor plating so next to impossible to even try to chew.
Atleast they repaid me the meal.

One of our main meals were wrong order had to wait till right order came out staff very helpful toilets need good clean

Tidy bit of lemon and herb chicken.
Service a little slower than the busier stores.
I miss the chocolate fudge cake with the clotted cream, its a shame they stopped serving this.
Bottomless drinks are good, take your own glass due to covid and keep refilling.

Staff were brilliant especially in the pool and the kids entertainers worked hard. The admin was poor and we were given out of date pool timetable and the web booking system was inaccurate. Having said that the kids enjoyed it. Good in the restaurant was ok but spoiled by the pa being too loud. Amy in there was outstanding
