Had the most Amazing meal here, the staff were outstanding and attentive

Everything went smoothly. We were seated straight away and offered drinks. Our food order was taken swiftly while we used the salad bar. Food was good value and cooked expertly and really hot. Only minor irritation was the music was a little loud and we saw other customers asking to be seated away from the speakers.

Really nice staff food was lush and 50%off until Thursday plus if they haven't got an offer on they take the blue light card

Waited 30 minutes for before anyone even took our drinks order. Other people around us who came in after us were all served before us. The waitress said I'm sorry we'll be with you now. 10 minutes later she never came and we walked out. It's a shame because I used to enjoy eating here but the service has just plumited. I'll go back in a few years when they've hired the next lot of staff.

Went here to have a meal with friends to celebrate a birthday. We had a lovely meal. Myself and a friend use a wheelchair so we all ways ask for table 15 as it is higher so the wheelchair fits nicely under the table so you are not stretching to reach your food. Service was very good.

We attended Harvester for Breakfast with Santa. The staff were all in the Christmas spirit and even though they were busy had time to speak to the children. The children visited Santa individually and we had plenty of opportunities for photos with the main man. The breakfast was delicious and we would definitely come back again. A great way to start Christmas!!!

The food was lovely. We had the set menu which is a very reasonable price. Plus you help yourself to the salad. Our waiter was Wayne I think and he was very friendly. He has served us before and very good at his job. Can't do enough for you and always has a chat unlike some. Makes you feel welcome and want to return.

Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The non-cooked breakfast-bar had disappointingly few options (which may have been a stock issue at the time). Additionally, we would have preferred to have been able to serve our own food from this bar, rather than staff toasting the bread etc. The vegetarian cooked breakfast options were good and we were intrigued by guacamole with breakfast, but it seemed to go well.
