Stopped by to grab a quick bite. Not disappointed. The chips were well made and nice. Parking and rest room available here

Very clean spacious restaurant, looks like they are having a drive through installed too. Parking right outside and friendly staff. Just not a BK fan personally hence the 3 stars.

Only one self service screen working, hand sanitizer next to it was empty, despite it being quiet all the tables were not cleared or wiped. Even though requested no pickle as you can see there the little **** are!! Selected barbeque dip none appeared. We ate in and for 15 mins plus there were no more customers inside. However, all staff behind till area chatting and tables and floor still dirty. In 10days time builth is hosting the royal Welsh show, this place needs to sharpen up.

Great Venus to stop and take a break on a motorcycle ride to mid wales. Popular stop for bikers with clean toilets.

As the two petrol stations don't have toilets we asked an employee outside if my 4 year old daughter could use the bathroom as she wouldn't last much longer. They weren't open yet but he said it was ok. Just before going in, another person who I assume is the manager told us we could not use the facilities and directed us to public toilets on the other side of the bridge. I find this unbelievable and obviously they don't understand much about customer service or empathy. Also his clothes were particularly dirty, so I don't want to imagine the cleanliness of the place itself.

It showed that they were understaffed. We waited a while to be served but once the order was taken the food came quickly. The poor staff looked stressed.

Food was fine burger and chips were hot, service isn't really much place order and wait then get Yr own drink unfortunately Fanta was out, little atmosphere and furniture is like school canteen, but for a quick snack it's OK.

Grabbed dinner tonight, the burger and chips were delicious. However the halloumi fries were really overcooked and dry. Disappointing
