Lovely breakfast, excellent coffee and tea, interesting and eclectic venue, friendly staff. Just a shame about the owner who chose to berate one of the staff for wearing a mask, in full view and hearing of the customers. Not acceptable, not professional, embarrassing and unnecessary. We will not return to a place where staff are treated in this manner.

What a lovely surprise finding this place. We sat in the sunken garden and enjoyed a thoroughly enjoyable lunch. Lovely fresh food, and great service. We will definitely come again if / when visiting Abergavenny.

Beautiful place, welcoming and friendly staff, one member of staff stood out the most, I think his name was David, very nice chap and there was nothing he couldn't tell me about the place, Certainly knows his stuff 👍

Absolutely stunning food - quality ingredients, fantastic flavours, and generous portions.

The smoked salmon and avocado were both heaped and drizzled with sweet, smoked paprika, while the apple & beetroot soup matched perfectly with the blue cheese scone.

What a find 🤤.

An amazing place for lunch or a coffee and cake (we had both!). All the food was incredibly presented, tasted fabulous and ingredients all locally sourced. Service was very laidback, which suited us just fine, but bear this in mind if you're after a quick bite, but to be honest the atmosphere was so familar and comforting, it was like home from home. Dog-friendly, and welcoming, bowl of water and weren't phased by him being on the chair (chihuahua size privilege). Also children friendly with a play area. Lift access for those who need it is possible. Price point was medium to high, but it was worth every bit in terms of quality and taste, plus the beautiful setting of the Chapel. Even managed to have a supernatural encounter when a lemon was thrown off of it's bowl on the counter by the thin air, turns out the site is haunted and somebody wanted to make their presence felt! Wonderful, and would go back time and time again.

Called in for coffee and toast, very nice coffee. Sourdough toast was fine with a choice of honey or marmalade.

A bit expensive for what you get. Lots of other similar venues in Abergavenny offering similar experience but at considerably lower prices! ☹️☹️☹️

Great gluten free food! Went with a group from work, and pre-ordered as we were a large group with limited time and only had one mistake which they quickly rectified. Were easy to communicate and book with, and we'll definitely be back next time we have meetings in Abergavenny!
