We booked a table of 12 on the day and the staff were very accommodating! Food was great and any problems were sorted quickly. Chef came out to speak to us which was nice. Toilets were clean. Free carpark just across the road. Good menu with a few veggie options. Had dairy free ice cream which was an unexpected bonus!

We have just experienced the most delicious meal in the loveliest of pubs with superb hosts. Such a welcoming pub for both people and their hounds. Love it! Thank you so much for what was a lovely evening and Max the dog really enjoyed his ice cream cone and all the attention.
Highly reccomend this great pub

Visited for evening meal . Made very welcome . Ordered the fish and chips meal which was absolutely stunning. We followed with apple crumble and custard which just as good would recommend this pub to anyone.

Feels like one of the last standing, true, family run pubs & we absolutely love it here - open as a freehouse pub should be & at family friendly times. Incredible, lovely food, real ales & always a warm cosy welcome for us. Please keep doing what you do - you're awesome 👌🏻 👏

Great place to eat. Service was with a great sense of humour. Food all cooked in house or locally sourced. Would eat there again if it was local

Great pub, So sad to hear you are closing. There are far too many empty country pubs in powys. It's a great loss to the area. Good luck for the future.x
