Enjoyed a lovely fish and chips with mushy peas here yesterday. The fish tasted really fresh with nice crisp batter and the chips were good. The staff were very nice and friendly they even got a bowl of water for my dog 😊

Just love this place. Open for breakfast, lunch and Dinner, snacks, tea & coffee, cake, gorgeous ice cream and loads in between. They are animal and child friendly. Have loos, including disabled access to everything. Just the best place to go to. Why go anywhere else when visiting Broad Haven.

Lovely fish and chips. Fish very fresh. The chips a bit greasy but still tasty. Seating outside so you can enjoy the view and have your chippy tea.👍

If there was an option for 0 stars it would be this. We waited outside for 30 minutes to be served today. We understand that with social distancing that there will be an extra wait but we were not even acknowledged by staff when we entered. We waited 8 minutes inside before anyone came over to greet us. The only items on the whole menu that were left were chips and plain sausages. This is not known until you enter the cafe. When we got back to our hotel with our chips we could not eat them despite being very hungry. They were very oily and the chips were covered in black flecks from the fryer/oil. They were disgusting! I went back to complain and ask for a new portion but they had just closed. We had to throw the food away. It is such a shame as this cafe is in such a great location and it was a waste of food. We will not be coming back.

A good fish and chip shop that benefits from being so busy it cooks everything fresh.

We had a couple of fish and chips from here and found them good, if unremarkable. The fish is just 'fish' - the species isn't specified - and was pretty mild. Served in batter, a little greasy as you'd expect, it was nice, but not amazing.

The chips were similarly fresh. Though ordered with salt and vinegar they didn't get a lot of either. They also didn't come with napkins or forks, so my recommendation is to be very clear about exactly what you want when you order, and not to assume you've get something.

Probably the best place for traditional Fish & Chips in Pembrokeshire (a big claim, I know!). Great tasting, quality food served up by very friendly local people using local, ethically sourced ingredients and packaging. Quick food usually means poor quality however, the 5-10 minute wait here means you get great quality food. When the sun is shining, it can get really busy but we like to enjoy this place on quieter days. The chips are proper chippy chips, the only place in Broad Haven to do them. The fish and the batter is light and crispy and the overall portions are generous. The curry sauce is to die for and the selection of Upton Farm ice creams make for a delightful end to a delicious sea side meal. The gem of Broad Haven for sure.

I wish I could have rated this 0! I ordered a large fish and chips around 5pm yesterday! The fish tasted funny, both the fish and chips were saturated in fat! I haven been up half the night on the toilet, and still today i have the worst stomach cramps! I realised last night, the same thing happened last time I ate here! 2 years ago this chippy was fantastic, it’s gone extremely down hill. We won’t ever go here again. I regret massively not going to the ocean now. £15.99 spent on dodgy fish. My sons chicken nuggets where ok, thighs the chips saturated in grease which he would not eat. I don’t even think the fish was cod as advertised. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog. Also not a great service, as we where kept waiting although the chippy was empty.

Staff are extremely rude. Ordered our food and drinks, stood waiting and I asked to use the toilet. Refused and told to use the ones in the car park that you have to pay for. A few minutes later we are told to go outside and wait, I asked why and couldn't hear her response, asked her to repeat for me and was rudely responded to with, well if you don't want your food, stay there then! Next person who came out wasn't much better and said they haven't had any complaints before, no apology. Looking at some of these reviews, that's clearly a lie. Customer service is non existent.
