We called ramsbottom roofing and pointing to a leak we had in our flat roof they came out straight away and replaced our roof with Firestone roofing system did a fantastic job highly recommend and are coming back to replace main roof

Dale immediately found the source of a leak I had had trouble with for weeks. Extremely punctual, friendly and competent.i have no hesitation but to recommend Dale and Ramsbottom Roofing for all roofing difficulties.

Dont touch with a barge pole,we had a small terraced property supposed to have been reroofed with these people.The work was done to a very poor standard,no bond on the slates water leaking in,nails visible,large holes visible between slates.Photo's available ,trading standards informed.

I wish had seen the reviews prior to using this company.

We asked for some work to be completed that involved scafolding. The company claimed they had competed the work and we paid them. We later found out the work had not been successful. Numberous calls, some answered with promises to come and fix the issue with then not showing. Now they never answer the phone, as I suspect they have blocked our number. Tried calling using a different number and they answered, but again failed to turn up and take corrective action. We are no in the process of trying to recover costs. Do NOT use this company.

Phill and his team came out the same day we called and fixed the problem straight away(leak)
