Excellent service from James. We moved into our new house and the first time it rained we discovered several leaks, together with a defective valley that the previous owner "had fixed". James came round and offered a great quote, turned up when he said he would and actually finished the job early. Many rainy days have passed with no more issues.

We have used James on both our old house and when we moved. He turned up as arranged and gave us a quote in writing. The work was completed to a high standard and when he had to delay one of the jobs by a couple of days because of bad weather we were given plenty of notice. He never tries to suggest work that is unnecessary and has given us advice (without charge) that has saved us a small fortune. He also provides photos of the work once completed, with a written invoice. Highly recommend.
