During a torrential downpour a leak appeared in the bathroom, this lead to water ingress through the ceiling plasterboard and we assumed it was tracking down from the roof valley. Called Eddie as I’ve used him previously. He didn’t hesitate to come out and sort the issue despite the appalling conditions and the time of the evening I called. He arrived within half an hour and had a thorough look around and determined the issue was a valley full of debris. He scaled his ladder in the torrential downpour, got absolutely soaked and cleared the blockage, ensuring that the rain water was free to flow into the guttering and that the lead flashing was in place. He worked efficiently and had the issue sorted within half an hour. Poor lad was soaked to the bone and still had a smile on his face delivering a positive and professional attitude throughout. Would highly recommend him for all aspects of roof work and will definitely be using him for all my future roofing needs.
