After several botched repairs and even a full roof replacement of a flat roof above a dormer by one cowboy company after another it was a relief to finally deal with a very professional company.
They couldn’t have been better to deal with. They turned up when they said they would, they explained exactly what work was required, they provided a detailed itemised quote for the work and most importantly the work was done to a high standard by courteous, knowledgeable guys.
The main reason I chose London Roofing Specialists was because the 20 year guarantee is provided by the manufacturer of the roofing system (Sika) rather than the installing company. The assurance and peace of mind this gives me is night and day different from the previous fly by night roofing companies that tried and failed to fix my leaky roof.

Highly recommended London Roofing Specialists replaced our flat roof and installed a large, opening skylight on our three story house, as well as most of the others in the terrace. As the original roofs had been inadequately installed this was a major undertaking. London Roofing Specialists ran the whole project, providing safe scaffolding, disposing of rubbish and running all aspects of the project in an efficient and friendly manner. We would recommend them very highly indeed.

I needed to replace membranes and associated sub-structure for two 4th floor roof terraces in central London with limited access. I struggled to get anyone interested in this tricky job until I came across London Roofing via the internet. They were professional from start to finish and the team who undertook the work were excellent. There were a couple of unanticipated set-backs (which presented themselves when the roofs were stripped), but these were overcome by the team using their experience and imagination. Very reliable, clean and tidy and I'm very happy with the end result.
