David was extremely pleasant and professional-did a really good job and was neat and tidy - even did minor repair to an absent neighbours roof in case it impacted on my repair.

In this day and age, it is rare to come across genuine, honest and knowledgeable contractors - however, this is exactly what I found in David and his team.

I contacted Upkeep contractors after noticing a leak in my roof, David was able to come out on the same day to inspect the roof and was able to quickly identify the issue. He took pictures whilst up on my roof and was able to clearly explain and show me what the issue was. He shared a very reasonable quote for the work and came back a few days later to do the job.

He arrived on time and keen to get started, him and his team completed the work in the time agreed and even done a few extra bits at no additional charge - which was very much appreciated.

Overall, I had a great experience with Upkeep contractors, I have added them to my phone book and will be recommending to friends and family. Top company.

David is an honest, respectful and an amazing person. Very efficient, excellent customer service and would recommend him to anyone. He did a new roof for one of my homes and also ongoing work for now. Best ever.

David has helped me with my roof twice now, and both times he and his colleague Wesley were extremely helpful. David investigated the roof, diagnosed the issue, took some pictures and explained the source of the problem clearly. I had no hesitation to take his advice. He quoted reasonable prices, and promptly sorted out the issues. David and Wesley went above and beyond, even sorted out bits they noticed as they went along, like a droopy gutter and didn't ask any extra for it.

I found David professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and he left everything clean and tidy after finishing up. I wouldn't hesitate to contact David again, or recommend him to friends or neighbours!

Highly recommend. David and his colleague did a fantastic job. Garage pitched roof was leaking. Now it’s looks even better than it did before. As my property is an older style he made sure the fix suited it. He didn’t only fix the issue but he made such a good job of it. Very good workmanship. David was friendly and his quote was competitive. Would not hesitate contacting again for any other work that needs doing. Pleasure to do business with.

We found Upkeep Contractors via a Google search and, after reading reviews, contacted David for a quote. He came to see us, as agreed, two days later, and quoted us to resolve a leaking roof (water was getting in behind external wall insulation). He identified the issue really quickly and came to do the work on the same week - all on time. David gave us a few different options to resolve the issues we had been having and advised on pros/cons of each option - we ended up having lead flashing installed and gutter cleaned/reinstalled once complete. David kept in good contact throughout, left everything tidy and did took pictures to show us the progress. I don't think it is easy to find good tradespeople but David was awesome and would definitely use Upkeep again.

David removed my second chimney below the tiles and covered it with insulation and batons. He did an amazing job at short notice and went above and beyond in the freezing weather to redo old pointing in the freezing cold weather. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. The price was very reasonable, he didn't tell me I needed unnecessary work done but the extra work he did do, he included in the price. You can trust this business. David is an excellent roofer and I'd give him 10 stars if I could 🥇🏆
