Roofing and General Building

We needed a new patio installed and were recommended to Roofing and General Building by a friend. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, and his team were able to fit our new patio in good time. We are really pleassed with the result and a massive thanks again.

Mike and the team did a fantastic job fixing our roof. They were professional, hard working and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

Came to repair roof with that was leaking but was very difficult to work work. Did not complete the work he quoted for and overcharged. The work was 'guaranteed for 5 years' and he assured if there was any additional issues they would come back for no additional charges. He has since been completely unresponsive - will not answer my calls or emails. Do not work with Mike Marshall.

Warning. Mike Marshall runs an illegitimate business. He quoted £500 for repairs (initially quoting £1,100). He told my mother the tiles could fall off imminently. She agreed this with him when she was visiting family abroad for a few months.

It turned out he had not even been on the roof at all and the work did not need completing (which I have proof of). After chasing him dozens of times he agreed a refund which I have received only £80,

Do not work with this character or the business!

Mike is only after his money. Send his usual boy who spent little time to do the work. Nothing worked after this. When u call him he never picked his phone. Avoid using this company. You will regret. Am now looking for another company to change all the roof.

I know Michael and the team a number of years. Iv a few rental properties in the UK and iv had the lads do a number of roofing jobs. Michael is very easy to deal with , trust worthy and they do a top class job for a fair price. I would highly recommend the lads for any roofing jobs

I don't often leave reviews but I must say these guys are true professionals we had a full new roof replace start to finish in less than a week very pleased with the guys very polite and nothing was an issue for them, would definitely recommend to anyone in the area 👍

Price was very fair , the lads were easy to deal with and I must say il be getting them to do any future roofing jobs if I need them
