Gary Williams has been helpful to us on two occasions and we are completely satisfied with his work. There was a minor repair to a roof, which he carried out quickly and efficiently. Then we needed a roof gulley to be stripped and relaid which he and his assistant did thoroughly and effectively. When he needed to reschedule our job because of a long spell of bad weather, he and his wife consulted us, kept us informed, and were helpful about finding a new date. I've found Williams Roofing Ltd to be a very courteous and pleasant firm as well as effective at their trade.

Unfortunately, not a good experience. Gary came to fix a leak in our living room and although we thought the problem was solved, it wasnt. Gary eventually came back and provided another solution which didnt work either. 3 months of chasing Gary to come and remedy the issue, was met with silence, not turning up to booked appointments with no communication or notice. I have finally contracted another professional who came within 24 hours, diagnosed the actual problem (not what Gary said it was) and has booked to fix the issue within 3 days. Maybe Gary prefers bigger jobs, but wouldn’t personally recommend him for any roofing work.
