Needed stucco repair done to front elevation of house that continued to crack open despite other companies trying to effect repairs. David Malone (Chief Surveyor) attended to inspect and give a quotation. His inspection was very professional and knew exactly why previous 'repairs' had not been carried out properly. Bob (his builder) has been here for the last 3 days and has carried out the works in accordance with the specified requirements of Mr Malone. His work has been exceptional and carried out with his professional expertise. Bob has been here punctually every day and has taken care with dust covers etc to protect the property from painting over the repairs. At no stage did he waste time on his mobile phone or sitting in his van eating breakfast (like so many other so called tradesmen!). A very polite, professional and hardworking tradesman that did the job others were unable to do. I will certainly use this company again and highly recommend them.
