Ask for a quote to re-felt roof. Steve was very informative on importance of having a competent person (NFRC) and complying with building regs. Steve then visited to check existing roof and said existing roof was still in good condition and did not warrant re-felting at the moment. Thanks for your honesty.

Garage previously repaired and re-felted by Proflat last year but due to heating system being replaced needed hole infilling where boiler stack came through roof. Quick prompt visit to property by Steve and job completed within a few days of visit. Great local service and trusted company.
